Recently, on April 18, security cameras in Coachella, California captured a woman doing something despicable. Right now, authorities are trying to identify the woman. Luckily, the whole thing was caught on video, so, there’s a chance that one of you can help.
CAUGHT ON VIDEO
The video, which we posted below, was taken behind a NAPA auto parts store. The currently unidentified woman hopped out of her Jeep like she was in a hurry.
You can see that she’s carrying a plastic bag. From far away, it looks like a bag of garbage. Then, she checks inside one dumpster and finds that one unacceptable for some reason.
Immediately after the evil woman closed the lid on the first dumpster, she does the deed. With a careless toss, she throws the bag on the ground.
After she tossed the puppies on the ground, she hopped back in her Jeep and drove away.
Now, keep in mind that while in most of the country right now, temperatures are still moderate. However, this evil woman is in California, and on that day, it was 90 degrees outside already.
In other words, as soon as those puppies hit the ground, their lives were in extreme danger.
Thank goodness that the whole thing got caught on video.
THE CLOCK IS TICKING
Luckily, before too long, a bystander heard a commotion and found the puppies. Then, he took them inside the store and an employee there called Riverside County Animal Services.
According to animal services, the puppies are likely terrier mixes, and they are only around three days old.
“If not for the Good Samaritan’s actions, the puppies may not have survived much longer,” said the Riverside County Animal Services Commander Chris Mayer. “The mid-day temperatures in Coachella on Thursday were in the mid-90s range.”
Currently, with the help of the Orange County Sherriff’s Department, Mayer has started a case against the evil woman. As for the puppies, they are with a rescue that took them in and will feed them using bottles.
